JPFLD ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our contractor management platform and related services.
2. Information We Collect
Account & Business Information
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Business name, type, and industry
- Profile information you provide
Job, Client, and Business Data
- Client names, contact information, and job or project details you enter
- Schedules, proposals, invoices, estimates, and other business records you create
- Photos and documents you upload (e.g. job photos, contracts, permits), stored in access-controlled storage and served only through short-lived signed links, never a public URL
Location Data
- GPS coordinates captured when a worker clocks in or out of a job, used to verify job-site attendance
- Job-site addresses you enter, geocoded to power scheduling and weather-alert features
Communications
- SMS messages sent through the Service, such as review requests, phone verification codes, and appointment notifications (see Third-Party Service Providers below)
- In-app messages between team members and with clients
Payment Information
We do not collect or store your card or bank details. Payments are processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We store only a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription record, used to determine your plan status. We never store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. Usage Information
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Device information
- Usage patterns and preferences
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our services
- To process transactions and send related information

4. Information Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the Service, with:
- Supabase: our database, authentication, and file storage provider, which hosts your account and business data
- Stripe: our payment processor, which handles billing and payment details directly (see Section 2)
- Twilio: our SMS provider, which transmits text messages sent through the Service
- Anthropic and Vercel: our AI providers (see Section 5)
- Legal authorities, when required by law
5. AI Features and Third-Party AI Processing
JPFLD uses third-party AI models to power a number of features, including the AI Assistant, AI Marketing content generation, AI Receptionist, lead extraction and lead scoring, proposal, contract, and estimate generation, review analysis, sales objection assistance, SMS drafting assistance, in-app translation, the support chat widget, AI-assisted account setup, and voice-to-text input.
What is sent, and to whom
- For all of the text-based AI features listed above, the text you enter or upload (such as a message, lead details, review text, or job description) is sent to Anthropic via their API to generate a response. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for how they handle data submitted through their API.
- For voice-to-text input specifically, the audio you record is sent through Vercel's AI Gateway, our infrastructure provider, which routes it to a third-party transcription model to convert it into text. We do not have a direct account with the underlying model provider for this feature. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for how they handle data passed through their platform.
Training data
We use Anthropic's standard commercial API service. Under Anthropic's standard API terms, content you submit through their API is not used to train or improve their models by default. JPFLD does not have any custom data-training or model-improvement arrangement with Anthropic beyond their standard commercial API terms.
Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. It is provided as a starting point and convenience, not verified fact, and should be reviewed before you rely on it. Some features (such as subcontractor suggestions and website review analysis) generate illustrative example content rather than real, verified data pulled from an external source. Those outputs are labeled as such within the product.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, secure servers, and regular security assessments.
