1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JPFLD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

JPFLD provides a contractor management platform including dashboard analytics, a suite of AI-powered tools (described in Section 3), proposal management, review tracking, and marketing features for construction and contracting businesses.

3. AI-Powered Features

The Service includes the following AI-powered features, which use third-party AI models (see our Privacy Policy for details on what data is sent and to which providers):

• AI Assistant: a dashboard chat assistant that can answer questions and help complete tasks
• AI Receptionist: drafts responses to customer inquiries
• AI Marketing: generates marketing copy and social media posts
• Lead extraction and lead scoring: pulls structured details out of raw lead text and ranks leads
• Deal-closer assistance: suggests talking points for handling sales objections
• Proposal, contract, and estimate generation: drafts proposals, contracts, and project cost estimates
• Review analysis: summarizes sentiment and themes from review text you provide
• SMS drafting assistance: helps draft text message replies
• In-app translation: translates the interface and messages
• Support chat: an AI-powered chat widget for in-app help
• AI-assisted account setup: suggests settings during onboarding
• Voice-to-text input: transcribes your spoken input into text
• Subcontractor suggestions and website review analysis generate illustrative example content, not real verified data pulled from an external source. These are labeled as such within the product

AI content disclaimer: AI-generated content, estimates, translations, and suggestions may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it. AI features are provided for convenience only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or contractual advice. JPFLD is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account credentials with others

5. Subscription and Payment

• New accounts include a 14-day trial period before a paid plan is required
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never collect or store your card details directly (see our Privacy Policy)
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JPFLD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create using the Service, including job photos, documents, client and job records, proposals, invoices, and messages. By uploading or creating this content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service to you. Uploaded files are stored in access-controlled storage and are not made publicly accessible. You may request deletion of your content at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Limitation of Liability

JPFLD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

Specifically, and without limiting the above: JPFLD is not liable for business, financial, or scheduling decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content (see Section 3); for missed, delayed, or inaccurate weather alerts; for disputes arising from GPS-based clock-in/clock-out records; or for service interruptions caused by third-party providers we depend on (including Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Anthropic, and Vercel). The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
